HelioHost Posted November 23, 2024 Posted November 23, 2024 Username: thewarzone, Server: Tommy, Main domain: thewarzone.heliohost.usHi, I created a form for my site, but I noticed I'm not receiving the form submission in my email, and I'm not even getting the email to reset my admin password for the script I'm using. It is supposed to be going to hunter@thewarzone.heliohost.us, I know I configured it correctly. Is the php mail function disabled or something? Hope you can help. Thank you.
MoneyBroz Posted November 23, 2024 Posted November 23, 2024 DKIM and SPF are probably missing. Krydos can assist with this.
wolstech Posted November 23, 2024 Posted November 23, 2024 I can do those as well. DKIM, SPF, and DMARC have been set up for the domain thewarzone.heliohost.us. We recommend sending a test email to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If you get less than a 10/10 score please post a link to the full report so we can help you fix any other issues that there may be. For your specific issue, if it still doesn't work, try sending the email to an outside address and see if it delivers. Please be mindful of the 50/day sending limit. 1
Krydos Posted November 23, 2024 Posted November 23, 2024 If you're trying to send to a gmail.com email address please be aware that it's nearly impossible to make it to your inbox. Gmail loves to delete emails without even letting you see them in spam. If you're unsure if your website is working testing it with literally any other mail provider other than Gmail is much more likely to work. At least other email providers won't delete your email entirely without telling you, and will let you see it in spam. If the email makes it to spam you can mark it as safe so future emails will go to the inbox.
