HelioHost Posted November 21, 2024 Posted November 21, 2024 Username: alzyras, Server: Johnny, Main domain: alzyras.helioho.stHello, Thank you for your message. As I understand using the database / other services do not trigger a reset of this timer? Looking forward to your message. Best regards. Krydos Posted November 21, 2024 Posted November 21, 2024 Nope, the only way to keep your account active is by logging in at https://heliohost.org every 30 days. We will be releasing a new server named Morty soon that starts $1 per month, and doesn't require logins to keep your account active. As long as your Morty account has a positive balance, or your monthly subscription payment goes through you can go years without logging in if you want.
KazVee Posted November 21, 2024 Posted November 21, 2024 Hello! Yes, you are correct. The inactivity timer is only reset when logging in at https://heliohost.org/ or https://heliohost.org/login/ at least once every 30 days. Using a database or other services within Plesk will not be counted as logins. You can have a look at the Inactivity Policy section of our Suspension Policy for more details: https://wiki.helionet.org/accounts/suspension-policy#inactivity-policy As mentioned in the previous email we sent, when Morty is released, accounts on that server won't need to log in every 30 days as long as there's a positive balance on your account. Once Morty is open for signups, we'll post an update in our forum News section here: https://helionet.org/index/forum/1-news/ as well as in Discord and our social media. Please let us know if you have any more questions. We'll be happy to help.
