[Krydos] Request Unsuspension

Can I ask why was my account suspended? I am just using heliohost to host my flutter app for my school projects. Did I break any rules with my code? I really need my heliohost, my database, my files for my projects please.

Can I ask what is the second account? I am sure that I didn't make another account. Can I request for an unsuspension to delete the second account?

One of the other accounts is "duckworth". What's kind of weird here is that duckworth was never actually suspended for multiple accounts. Your vinzj account was suspended with a reason indicating you kept the other account despite there being no history on either account of a multiple account suspension.

Also of note: You mentioned you're using this for school, and you're in the Philippines. We had a request recently for a large number of accounts from a university in the Philippines for education accounts. Do you by chance attend this university? https://www.usls.edu.ph/

I remembered one of my classmate's account was named "duckworth" but we have separate accounts since we have different projects, and yes we both attend to that university in the Philippines.

I thought all of the students in this class were going to be using username@usls.edu.ph email addresses. I also thought all of the students accounts were going to be listed in this thread 

We are extremely happy to provide accounts to help this class learn about hosting in the real world, but unless someone actually gets this organized you are all going to continue getting suspended since you're all using the same computers and IP addresses.

Many of these were created before they actually asked us…

The school email is how most other companies handle education accounts hence the recommendation.

@vinzj Do you have a school provided from the university (some others here registered using an address like s1234567@usls.edu.ph) that we can use for your account instead of gmail?

We need a way to be able to identify students from your school.
