KazVee
Please do not create multiple posts for the same issue. I have now merged both your posts into a single thread. This support request is being escalated to our root admins.
wolstech
You're suspended for sending 278 emails in one day. The limit is 50. Do you know why your account was sending these emails?
ecovoltios
I had a plan with hostinger and I don't know why a month ago I started to receive non-stop emails every day. I had to suspend the hosting, the email accounts and request the cancellation. They didn't give me any explanation.
ecovoltios
And it keeps repeating itself with the same accounts I have created on your server, it is alien to me. I don't know how to solve this attack on my email accounts.
ecovoltios
Could it be that the thunderbird client sent these emails when trying to connect?
wolstech
Considering your account's content is just a copy of afterlogic webmail, are you sure one of your mailboxes doesn't have a compromised password? Are you actually sending email in bulk (note that 278 sent emails is 278 recipients, not messages...for example, one email sent to 5 people counts as a 5 emails in our system)? ecovoltios
I don't think so. I have only configured the mail server for use with the client. I haven't sent any mail yet. I also took care to set up new passwords.
wolstech
Considering we're the second host where you've had this issue, and you already changed passwords, you may want to check your PC for malware. I wonder if you have a keylogger or something...

ecovoltios
Hi If it is a test to make sure that the account is properly configured. Now I am going to reconfigure the accounts again in the Thunderbird client.
