wolstech Posted September 11, 2024 Posted September 11, 2024 That transaction number isn't valid, and it doesn't like right either (they usually have letters in them). Make sure you're using the transaction ID from Paypal, not your bank. Also, what is the email address on the paypal account you donated with? We can find it that way as well.

wolstech Posted September 11, 2024 Posted September 11, 2024 We don't have a donation from that email address. I just went through every donation we received for a Tommy invite in the past 4 days and there was only one transaction where an invite or account didn't exist (that one has now been sent). The email address on it did not match yours. I've escalated this in a staff channel so it can be researched further. In the meantime, if you're able to get the actual paypal transaction ID (will be numbers and letters together), please let us know as that will make the research easier on our side.

Krydos Posted September 11, 2024 Posted September 11, 2024 Based on your .nl email address and your transaction ID not being a PayPal transaction ID I'm guessing you used some local payment provider such as iDeal. Sometimes when people use a small local third party payment processor like this it can take a few days to get to us since you didn't use PayPal directly and the money has to through several intermediate steps on the way to us. Some options we can do for you now: 1) We could give you a free Johnny account instead of Tommy, and then when the donation comes through we could get you moved over to Tommy. 2) We could give you a free Tommy account now, and then if the donation doesn't come through within the next week we can move you to Johnny, or you can try donating again. Let us know how you'd like to proceed.

Hopefully it works.
