HelioHost Posted August 31, 2024 Posted August 31, 2024 Username: paulcordova, Server: Tommy, Main domain: paulcordova.helioho.stDear HelioHost, I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for reaching out and for your continued support of your platform. I greatly appreciate the services you provide and am happy to contribute as a donor. I understand that my account was suspended due to a suspicion of multiple account usage, possibly triggered by my access patterns. I would like to clarify that I use my account from two different locations?my home and my office?depending on my work schedule. However, I assure you that I am the sole user of this account, and I have not shared it with anyone else. I kindly request that my account be reactivated, as I have adhered to the terms of service and have not created or used multiple accounts. Please let me know if there is any further information or verification required to resolve this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to your prompt response. KazVee Posted August 31, 2024 Posted August 31, 2024 Hello, Is there someone that shares a computer or internet connection with you that also has an account? If you access your account from your workplace sometimes, we understand that you might not be able to check with everyone in your office. But on your home internet connection, could there be someone else who also has an account with us? Many thanks,
Ookma-Kyi Posted August 31, 2024 Posted August 31, 2024 Do you have an open Wifi connection? If someone connects to your wifi network with out your knowledge to log in it may also flag the account since both would be coming from the same IP?
HelioHost Posted August 31, 2024 Author Posted August 31, 2024 Hi, I wanted to clarify the situation regarding our accounts. My son, Cristobal Cordova (account: cristobalcordova, email: cristobalcordovaw@gmail.com), and I share the same internet connection at home, which may have caused the system to flag our accounts as duplicates. However, we each have our own separate accounts and do not share login credentials. My account is used for testing code with PostgreSQL, while my son uses his account for university homework related to PostgreSQL. We have always maintained separate accounts, and no account sharing has occurred. I hope this explanation resolves the issue, and I kindly request the reactivation of both accounts. Thank you for your understanding. Krydos Posted August 31, 2024 Posted August 31, 2024 That's what caused it then. Your account and your son's account has been unsuspended. An exception has been added to the multiple account detection system so you shouldn't get suspended again.
