Hi, I just created a db in postgresql, but I need a remote connection. Can
you enable it? It shows an error when trying to connect with
the credentials. The db I'm trying to connect is danielsanczuniga_DB

Remote Access to Postgres Databases are not enabled by default for security.

To enable this feature, we will need more information, what we have so far is the following:

Database Username:
Database Name: danielsanczuniga_DB

There is only one admin who can set up remote postgres requests as it requires manually editing the server configurations (Plesk offers exactly zero support for remote postgres access), so it can take 24-48 hours for it to be set up.

In the meantime, if you want to begin working on your database, you can upload Adminer (https://www.adminer.org) to your account and edit the database that way.
