Hello,
I have only one account in your host and I know that from one of my friends he invite me .
I pay 1 Euro for service and I find yesterday that my account is block .
Can you open my account because I did not do anything even I start to use your host only 2 days ago .
Please note that I did not make anything against the term of condition of your host and I?m trusting your service and I understand that is does by mistake

What happened here was that your account was flagged as a second account for the user Osama2266: https://helionet.org/index/topic/59553-solved-my-account-is-suspended/ That user is permanently banned for multiple TOS violations, and since your account was listed as a multiple of his, it was banned as well. If this account belongs to a separate person, we can unban you.

As Krydos said in another email, do you know this user called Osama? Also, can you explain why your account showed as being accessed by the same computers / networks as him?

Hello,
Yes I know him because I told you that he is the one invite me to join your host and I had problem in my website script so I ask him to enter and fix for me the problem . I open for him account in my main plesk to help me only that .
Please note and check my account I?m from Italy and he is from Egypt I know him very good and I trust him of work .

We'll unsuspend you, but please do not allow Osama to log into or otherwise use your account for anything. If he knows your password, please change it promptly. 

Osama is permanently banned for multiple violations of the terms of service (notably discord spam and software piracy). If we detect him logging into your account (and/or detect activity such as attempts to hide logins through VPNs, etc.), it may be viewed as ban evasion and result in you losing your account as well.

Unsuspended. It may take a few minutes to work again.
