I always select ?Yes? but message keeps returning. Please help me resolve this issue and please redact my personal information (IP, email, domain name, etc.). Kind regards, squash
wolstech Posted February 6, 2024 Posted February 6, 2024 The support email does not accept attachments so the picture was lost during delivery. That said, messages like this can occur if you misconfigured the mail client. When setting the mail server host name, make sure to use tommy2.heliohost.org (and not your domain), as the mail server host name.
