Dear Heliohost,

Every time I open Outlook, to connect to my HelioHost-email, I receive a message (see attachment) asking ?Do you want to continue using this server??.

I always select ?Yes? but message keeps returning.

Please help me resolve this issue and please redact my personal information (IP, email, domain name, etc.).

The support email does not accept attachments so the picture was lost during delivery.

That said, messages like this can occur if you misconfigured the mail client. When setting the mail server host name, make sure to use tommy2.heliohost.org (and not your domain), as the mail server host name.
