Krydos Posted February 1, 2024 Posted February 1, 2024 As far as I can tell this email address has never created an account with us, posted any previous tickets on the forum, posted your name, and you obviously didn't send this from a Hotmail address so we have no idea what you're talking about there either.

It looks like the email address you sent this from is actually hosted on Tommy on an account with a Hotmail email address. There were 3 support emails from that Hotmail address so I removed the name, ip address, and Hotmail email address from them.
