nexus2024 Posted January 30 Posted January 30 Dear Admin, Thanks for helping out always. However, I still encounter challenge with setting up and logging into my email. I use privateemail.com as the web access for emails, but when I tried to log in with my new email credentials I created on Plesk, it read invalid. I also attempted to use https://login.one.com/mail to access the email to no avail. I'll need guide on setting up email accounts. (I already created one; just don't know how to start using it). Also, While logging in severally into my Plesk account today using my username nexus2024, I was always logged out within few seconds of each attempt I made to log in. At some point, there was a pop-up that states that another user with my username is currently logged in; hence, I was always logged out. Any help will be a life-saver. Thank you in advance.
wolstech Posted January 30 Posted January 30 Your account won't be able to receive or send email because there is no functional domain on your account. You need to finish setting up DNS for your domain before sending and receiving of email will work. You can either point to our name servers (ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org) or for external DNS, you'll need: A record pointed to 65.19.141.67 AAAA record pointed to the IPv6 shown in Plesk MX record pointed to johnny.heliohost.org SPF TXT record with the value "v=spf1 include:johnny.heliohost.org ~all". If you would like webmail, create an additional A record called "webmail" pointed to 65.19.141.67 You can check email using an IMAP client: Host: johnny.heliohost.org Username: <full email address> Password: <email password set when you create the mailbox> We are unable to provide support for external webmail clients as we have no control over the manner in which they access the server. You can try using the settings above if they allow you to specify a server to log into separately from the email address, but most do not.
nexus2024 Posted January 30 Author Posted January 30 Thanks for the response; however, the second part of my query was not attended to: While logging in severally into my Plesk account today using my username nexus2024, I was always logged out within few seconds of each attempt I made to log in. At some point, there was a pop-up that states that another user with my username is currently logged in; hence, I was always logged out.
wolstech Posted January 30 Posted January 30 This usually happens when your IP address is changing too frequently (common if you're using a mobile plan as your internet connection). Please try using a VPN and see if the issue persists.
nexus2024 Posted January 30 Author Posted January 30 Thank you for helping out; the VPN worked. However, my email cannot yet send out messages. Each attempt to send out messages gets bounced into the Junk folder, with a message I attached to this post. Kindly help with an advice on how to go about this. Thanks. Delivery report
wolstech Posted January 30 Posted January 30 That's because SPF and DKIM aren't set up. Krydos needs to fix it since you're using our DNS.
nexus2024 Posted January 30 Author Posted January 30 How do I get Krydos to fix it, please? Do I need to send any message..?
wolstech Posted January 30 Posted January 30 Just wait. I already escalated it. He can sometimes take 24-48 hours to work these, but he usually gets to them much quicker.
