lsu Posted January 5, 2024 Author Posted January 5, 2024 Thank you. I am now able to access the mailboxes with Thunderbird. I shall download all the mails. On another note, I see that Plesk does not have the option to change DNS records. Would you be able to change the MX records for me so I can host the mailboxes elsewhere?
Krydos Posted January 5, 2024 Posted January 5, 2024 Sure, just let us know the DNS records you need set.

lsu Posted January 6, 2024 Author Posted January 6, 2024 Thank you. It is working well now. I have deleted the two mailboxes in my account. Can you please delete the mailbox storage, if any left in the disk?
lsu Posted January 6, 2024 Author Posted January 6, 2024 Looks like our websites are not accessible and I am unable to login to Plesk. Is my IP blocked again? FYI, I have deleted the mail accounts in Plesk and also from my mail client.
