I would like to request an update to the DNS records of our domains - ashvasan.org and smritinandan.org. Our account name is bijurs. Please add/replace the following DNS record values of both the domains. When I activated it again, the websites smritinandan.org and ashvasan.org are being redirected to the Plesk default page, though the website files are still in place. Please advise on the configuration updates needed to change this behaviour. Thank you

  7. Looks like our websites are not accessible and I am unable to login to Plesk. Is my IP blocked again? FYI, I have deleted the mail accounts in Plesk and also from my mail client.
  8. Thank you. It is working well now. I have deleted the two mailboxes in my account. Can you please delete the mailbox storage, if any left in the disk?

  10. Thank you. I am now able to access the mailboxes with Thunderbird. I shall download all the mails. On another note, I see that Plesk does not have the option to change DNS records. Would you be able to change the MX records for me so I can host the mailboxes elsewhere?
  11. I have not used an email client until now for these accounts. The only reason I am using it now is to download all the mails to my system, so there is nothing left on the server. I am trying to use the email client only for the 2 mailboxes in the bijurs account.
  12. I am really sorry to bother you again. The IP must be blocked again. I am providing the correct password in my email client, the one that I use for the webmail, and the same that was used earlier in the email client. Yet it seems to be rejected. I got connected to one of the two mailboxes and when I tried the second mailbox, it blocked.
  13. The mailboxes, websites and the Plesk dashboards are not yet accessible.
  14. Under one of the websites, there are a few mp3 files that can be deleted. Alternatively, you can delete some of the 24+ MB mails in the sent folder you mentioned earlier.
  15. It seems the account is suspended again. My plan is to download all emails to my email client and leave nothing on the server. For that, I need some time to work on both the mailboxes. Please facilitate.
  16. Thank you. I am unable to navigate to other areas of Plesk. I would like to change my DNS for mail delivery. When I try to navigate to Websites & Domains, I am redirected to the Accounts page. Can this be unlocked?
  17. Thank you very much. I have checked the contents of lsuforarts. I do not have anything significant there. I would like to delete this account and continue using the bijurs account. Can you please delete the lsuforarts account and unsuspend the bijurs account? Appreciate your assistance.

  24. I logged into my account this morning to find a message saying my account is suspended due to overuse of disk space in the mails. I saw the attached SS when I logged into Plesk. I was unable to navigate to other sections of the panel using the menu. I am trying to login again now, but unable to login to Plesk and my websites and mailboxes are no longer accessible. How can I clear unwanted emails to recover some space, get the websites and mailboxes running and re-login to Plesk?
