I also see the disk space usage is beyond the limit. I was working on clearing the unnecessary mails in mailboxes when this happened. Now, I do not know the login credentials for one of the mailboxes that I would like to work on. And I cannot fix that unless I navigate to the rest of the Plex menu.

I see the attached SS when I login to Plesk. I am unable to navigate to other sections of the panel using the menu.

Today, I re-directed my 2 domains to Heliohost after the account was moved to Plesk and I was notified some time ago. However, after configuring the same, I see that my Heliohost account is suspended. Can I know why my account is suspended?

Yes, I do understand that. I have a total of only 1,215 email addresses in my mailing list. Strange that the counter is 1,446 at your end. We did not send out any other emails other than these invites on the day. Anyway, thank you so much for your support, we will send out the rest after the 24-hour count.

Yes. The first 2 emails were multiple recipients. I then started sending using mail merge.

Hello On 20th November, on my request, Krydos had whitelisted our account to send 1,300 emails per day. Today, I started sending out invites to our music festival. According to me, I have sent emails to less than 1,000 recipients. However, in between my account got suspended. Please look into this as soon as possible. This mail was to be sent out by today. Thank you @wolstech, @pooks & @Krydos. @wolstech - the intent of my post was to update this thread. Not complaining and no offence meant. I understand and appreciate the great work you all are doing, I being a volunteer for a not-for-profit organization myself. @Krydos - cPanel username is bijurs, primary domain is 'bijurs.heliohost.org' (ashvasan.org, smritinandan.org), Server - Ricky. I will add a line in the mail to reply to the mail in case they want to strike their email address off our mailing list. We have these email addresses collected over the years from attendees of the music festival who are essentially patrons of the festival. We have no intention of selling or disclosing these email addresses to anyone else.

Hello We are a non-profit organization. We conduct an annual Indian classical music festival. We have a need to send bulk email invitations to people who have voluntarily provided their email IDs over the past few years of the festival for communication. Our annual music festival being round the corner (Dec 14), we would like to send an invite to all these subscribers at once. Hi, I just moved our domains ashvasan.org and smritinandan.org to the Ricky server after Tommy went down. I have configured one email ID each for these domains. Upon logging into webmail, I am receiving this error. No response from subprocess (php): The subprocess ended prematurely because it received the “KILL” (9) signal. Please advice.
