Hi, As suggested, I have created a new account in Ricky after Tommy went down for the hosted domains - smritinandan.org and ashvasan.org. While adding these domains in Ricky, I get the following error (XID 98z845) A DNS entry for “ashvasan.org” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed.Please advice

Thanks. I can now see that our websites are back. But I am very surprised. Our websites' traffic is normally very less. Would you please tell me what is causing this. I am not so technical on this field to figure this out.

I am hosting this website on behalf of a charitable organisation (not-for-profit). Currently the mailboxes are not working and the website is unreachable. I have deleted all the files from the existing site and reinstalled WordPress from the Heliohost script. Will try to redesign the site from scratch. Hope that should resolve. If not, will look at other software.

Thank you for the prompt response. It could be WordPress that I am using. Will investigate on how to resolve this. Regarding the hijack malware, I am surprised. I am using only the WordPress software and one of its plugins. I did a scan on my local website, a copy of which I have uploaded, and I have nothing reporting that it has malware. I also used 3 online scanners to check the website, and they too reported nothing. Are you sure this is happening from my website?

Hi, I have two registered domains (kiranagudi.in & kiranagudi.com) that need to point to a single hosting account in Heliohost (kiranaa). I have configured both my domains in GoDaddy account to point to the heliohost nameservers. In cpanel, I have configured 'Addon Domains' for both these to point to the 'public_html' directory. However, when I use either of the domain names (www.kiranagudi.in or www.kiranagudi.com) to reach the website, I get redirected to the Heliohost URL (kiranaa.helihost.org) instead of retaining the domain name in the address bar. I have tried configuring Aliases instead of Addon Domains, but that works the same. Regards Kiranaa
