lsu Posted January 5 Author Posted January 5 Thank you. I am now able to access the mailboxes with Thunderbird. I shall download all the mails. On another note, I see that Plesk does not have the option to change DNS records. Would you be able to change the MX records for me so I can host the mailboxes elsewhere?

lsu Posted January 6 Author Posted January 6 Thank you. It is working well now. I have deleted the two mailboxes in my account. Can you please delete the mailbox storage, if any left in the disk?
lsu Posted January 6 Author Posted January 6 Looks like our websites are not accessible and I am unable to login to Plesk. Is my IP blocked again? FYI, I have deleted the mail accounts in Plesk and also from my mail client.
