Thank you. I am now able to access the mailboxes with Thunderbird. I shall download all the mails.

On another note, I see that Plesk does not have the option to change DNS records. Would you be able to change the MX records for me so I can host the mailboxes elsewhere?

Thank you. It is working well now.

I have deleted the two mailboxes in my account. Can you please delete the mailbox storage, if any left in the disk?

Looks like our websites are not accessible and I am unable to login to Plesk. Is my IP blocked again?

FYI, I have deleted the mail accounts in Plesk and also from my mail client.
