Unfortunately we can't register on Jonnhy in time and our bank accounts are not yet created so we don't even have a dollar to give. Is it possible to get web hosting? Sincerely
Krydos Posted December 24, 2023 Posted December 24, 2023 When I got my first HelioHost account I had to stay up until 2am three nights in a row because I was too slow the first two nights so you won't get much sympathy from me. When I signed up there was no option to donate at all so the only way to get an account was to set an alarm for 2am. Johnny opens at 1am for you so that isn't as bad. We have been thinking about opening signups at midnight and noon UTC, but that hasn't been implemented yet. In the meantime you could donate $1 yourself for a Tommy account, and then reimburse yourself from the non-profit once the bank is set up. We also can give Tommy accounts for a donation of crypto which is listed at https://heliohost.org/donate/

Also, please be sure to watch your load, your account is currently about to hit its daily load limit again after only 4 hours, as whatever is running is currently slamming the CPU. https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load WordPress is known to be extremely heavy on our servers, especially when it has lots of traffic or if extensions are installed (wordfence, elementor, and woo commerce being 3 notable ones that cause tons of load). You might need to remove the extensions or find different software for your website. Everyone has been trigger happy in suspending and unsuspending your account, so waiting it out should be for the best before continuing this.Â
