Hi there, I just tried renewing my account and got a message saying "this
is taking way too long, I recommend contacting support." So I'm writing
this message. I tried logging in again but am getting an error message
"Unable to login with that username and password." What can we do to
restore my account?

Your account looks to already be active. If you still cannot login an admin can send a password reset link.

Yep. This is active. Sometimes that message pops up because the server was being slow, but the renew still finishes behind the scenes after it already errored out on your end.

If it's still not working, let us know and we can reset the password for you.

Thank you - since this was generated from my email it has my personal info (phone number) in the signature. CouldĀ  you please remove that from the post?
