So I'm writing this message. I tried logging in again but am getting an error message "Unable to login with that username and password." What can we do to restore my account? Sometimes that message pops up because the server was being slow, but the renew still finishes behind the scenes after it already errored out on your end. If it's still not working, let us know and we can reset the password for you.
