When I try to enter after renewing the account I get this message:

Since they were trying to renew their account it was probably the message about renewing taking quite a while and they could try again or contact us. Anyways, the account in question is active now so this is probably already resolved. Let us know if you're still having any issues.

I still can't get in.
This is the message that sells me:
"Unable to login with that username and password"

You have been sent a password reset link. Please make sure you only choose ASCII characters such as the English alphabet, numbers, and symbols. Letters with accents and letters from other languages will be accepted, but then you won't be able to log in even though you're using the correct password.

Hello again I tried to use the link but it gives me this error "Error:
