Krydos Posted April 27, 2023 Posted April 27, 2023 Since they were trying to renew their account it was probably the message about renewing taking quite a while and they could try again or contact us. Anyways, the account in question is active now so this is probably already resolved. Let us know if you're still having any issues.

Krydos Posted April 27, 2023 Posted April 27, 2023 You have been sent a password reset link. Please make sure you only choose ASCII characters such as the English alphabet, numbers, and symbols. Letters with accents and letters from other languages will be accepted, but then you won't be able to log in even though you're using the correct password.
