Krydos Posted March 16, 2023 Posted March 16, 2023 Your invite to transfer was sent to you on 2022-10-04, and you could have transferred anytime between then and 2023-02-18. Since you never used your invite we assumed you were no longer interested in having an account at HelioHost and we freed up the space for active users. Your full backup of your account was available for download from 2021-07-14 until 2023-02-03 so hopefully you downloaded what you needed from there. I have sent you an invite to create a new account. Once your account is recreated you can restore any backup that you may have, and get your site back online. Let us know if you need any help with anything.
