Hi,
I didn't get any email with the link to move to Plesk. My Heliohost
username is 'urosb'.

Transfers are no longer available as the cPanel server has been retired. All transfer invites were sent weeks ago, and the deadline for using them was last Thursday (February 16th). The old server was retired completely on February 18th. If you did not receive a transfer invite, it likely either went to spam or you had unsubscribed from our emails (which would have prevented one from being sent).

At this point, you will need to download your account's contents from here: https://heliohost.org/backup/ and create a new account.

We can send an invite for a replacement account if you wish so you can skip the wait. If you would like an invite for a replacement account, please let us know and we'll send an invite to the email address used on your old account (sending it to that address will allow you to reuse your username).

I created a new account, but the Plesk control panel is still unavailable
(site can't be reached).
When will the Plesk be available?

Yes. I can log in and see the dashboard. After that I can't open Plesk
control panel:

It's likely the first network you were trying from was blocked in the firewall for some reason. If you'd like to know the reason and be unblocked just let us know your IP address. If it's something like wrong username or password for a mail client you'll just continue getting blocked over and over until you disable the mail client. It could be a lot of other things like FTP clients too. If we can know your IP address we can tell you the exact reason.

Hi again,
I found the problem. Port 8443 was blocked by default on our router. I
fixed the problem.

Thanks for sharing the solution. If someone else has the same issue we can suggest them checking port 8443. Glad it's working for you now.
