The account looks fine on our end, though it looks like you may have a broken node.js app installed on it (which is what would cause the Phusion Passenger error currently showing on your domain). That shouldn't affect logging in though.

When you log into https://heliohost.org/login/ do you receive an error message?

I get this info:



Both username and password are correct - I use keychain to save password. I tried to reset my password, but I never get the password-reset link, when requested.
