HelioHost Posted January 14, 2023 Posted January 14, 2023 Username: shihong, Server: Johnny, Main domain: neo.heliohost.orgDearest HelioHost, Thank you for offering this wonderful service. I have just logged in to Plesk and discovered my server has been assigned wrongly. I have been on the Tommy server but it is now showing Johnny after the migration. May I request to be restored on to the Tommy server? Thank you once again! wolstech Posted January 14, 2023 Posted January 14, 2023 This is by design. Plesk Tommy is completely full at the moment since it has fewer resources due to sharing with the old cPanel Tommy server, and as a result we couldn't fit all of the accounts from the cPanel Tommy on the plesk Tommy server. We hope to fit more accounts onto Plesk Tommy once we are able to get rid of the old Tommy, but for now we have to put the accounts somewhere, so they're all being sent to Johnny. It is possible that at some point in the future there will be an option to move to Tommy again, but we don't know if or when such will be offered.
Krydos Posted January 14, 2023 Posted January 14, 2023 In addition to what Wolstech already said I would also like to point out that since Johnny is so empty and Tommy is overcrowded Johnny actually has better uptime and much faster speeds right now anyways, so you're better off on Johnny for the time being. Once the servers are balanced better you'll have an opportunity to move back to Tommy for free. We are also going to release a new server named Morty that you might be interested in next that will be even better than Tommy.
HelioHost Posted January 15, 2023 Author Posted January 15, 2023 That is awesome news! I understand the need to relieve capacity on Tommy until cpanel is removed, so will hold tight until then. Once again very grateful and I appreciate everyone's dedication and hard work putting everything together like this. Cheers!
