Dear, I recently created a new directory structure for my websites,
where each domain remains inside the "wwwroot" folder. It's not merely a
cosmetic change, but that's how I intend to organize my sites from now
on and however, for me it's crucial.
Maybe I should wait for this function, but since I don't know when it
will be available, I also don't want to force anyone to give me some
prediction. I decided to make the request.
I was also informed that this function would only be available once we
had the ability to edit the DNS. But can't this be implemented
separately? In "Hosting Settings"?

Thanks!

Plesk does have this feature but right now it isn't implemented on HelioHost.

When adding domains by ourselves get implemented you'll be able choose its root directory (by default it is {your_home_dir}/example.com where example.com is your domain).

I think it is possible to get your sites root directories like that if you ask a root admin to use a specific directory to a specific site when you ask to get its domain/subdomain created (that's my guess, we need to wait a staff member to confirm it).

I already knew that, that's why I'm here making this request...

Sorry, I just meant to reply to this:

But yeah, I wasn't exactly clear so I do apologize for that. It isn't possible to be implemented separately, at least not with Plesk's default behavior. Root admins can do it when adding a domain/subdomain and so it would be better if you ask it when you ask to add the specific domain/subdomain (or just let them know if the domains/subdomains already are on your account and you just need to change their root directories).

Plesk only gives us one option that controls all of these features together, turning on the ability for users to change document roots also requires us to turn on the ability to add and edit domains and DNS, which we don't want to allow just yet because it's not finished being developed.

I understand perfectly, but that's why I am since the 18/12th, requesting to change the paths of my domains, I tried by email, but I didn't get a response and now I'm trying here. As I intend to use the same directory structure that I used on the VPS, I made the changes in the folders, it would only be enough to configure the domains and sub-domains.

So if someone could kindly help me with this issue, I would appreciate it.

What domains do you want changed, and what do you want the document roots for each of them to be set to?

Please keep in mind that the main domain generally points to httpdocs (new accounts) or public_html (legacy accounts). I'm not sure if Plesk will let us change the main domain or not (I know on cPanel the document root for the main domain was not adjustable).

In the directory structure of my account, you will see the "wwwroot" folder, inside which are already the directories and files of the all domains, including the subdomains. Just follow the pattern I created there. The main domain is also in there, if it is not possible to keep it there, recreate again "public_html" in the root.

Thanks!
