HelioHost Posted October 17, 2022 Posted October 17, 2022 Username: cktrack, Server: Tommy, Main domain: cktrack.heliohost.orgI log on a few times every week and made changes to my website last week. Why am I getting this? > On Oct 16, 2022, at 11:05 PM, HelioHost Support wrote: > > ? > > > Hey Cktrack, > > It's been a while since we've seen you. Are you still using your hosting account? The last time you logged in was 2022-09-18. In order to keep your website active you must log into your control panel at least once every 30 days. > > If you wish to continue using your hosting plan you will need to log in by clicking the link below. Next, provide your email and password in the box and click log in to access your dashboard. If you don't log in sometime in the next few days your website will be replaced with a inactive page. > > Our apologies for requiring you to log in to your account to continue using it. We understand that once you get your website perfected there is little reason to view your control panel anymore, but if we didn't have a way of determing which accounts were abandoned our servers would quickly become even more overloaded than they already are. > > We plan on releasing a new server named Morty soon where you won't have to login to keep your account active that you may be interested in. OnEnemy Posted October 17, 2022 Posted October 17, 2022 Inactivity suspension and emails being sent has just been reimplemented. We sent out a bunch of inactivity emails to people who got transferred to plesk. It was part of not only testing to see if people got the emails but if they read them and logged into their accounts. Basically you can ignore it if you already login multiple times a month.
wolstech Posted October 17, 2022 Posted October 17, 2022 This account isn’t updating though. Last login is showing 2022-09-18. If he is logging in, it’s not counting… 1
OnEnemy Posted October 17, 2022 Posted October 17, 2022 Krydos will look into this and he will let you know what's been going on.
Krydos Posted October 17, 2022 Posted October 17, 2022 Sorry about that. Obviously inactivity monitoring for Plesk is really new so we appreciate the feedback on whether it's working or not. I took a look at the logs for your username, and I think it's counting your logins now.
