I have looked at all the settings and I don't find anything that appears to be blocking anything in or out. I think this router might be the WR-6895. I will see if there is a way to bypass the router. I can ping your IP and I can do a Trace Route to your IP address successfully from the CMD prompt and from within the router. Does that mean that I am getting in and out to your IP address OK? This is the client name I am using: "wa2uetwx.heliohost.us" Is this correct? It will not connect, it times out every time! Also have you tried changing the nameservers in your router to 8.8.8.8, and 8.8.4.4? The DNS settings could be blocking your VPS.

If a spambot signs up and posts its spam as a reply to your support case, the spam is emailed to you like any other reply would be. Krydos Posted August 14, 2022 Posted August 14, 2022 First of all, our email system doesn't process images so if you need to send an image to us you'll need to upload it to an image sharing service such as imgur.com and then share the link with us instead of attaching it directly. Second of all, we definitely didn't have anything to do with it. We don't log in to or modify accounts unless requested to, in the case of abuse, or violations of our terms of service. Finally, I logged in to your account and it looks like Hestia forgot about www. The domain https://wa2uetwx.heliohost.us/ was working. The domain https://wa2uet-weather.com/ was working (without the www), but https://www.wa2uet-weather.com/ wasn't working. I was able to add an alias for www so all three versions are working now. It's highly unlikely that posting the website on Facebook had anything to do with this. Probably just a bug in Hestia. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
