That account cannot be unsuspended because it was suspended for phishing.

It's banned for phishing.

 

Were you using Wordpress by chance? We've been seeing lots of hacked Wordpress installations lately, and the hackers have been setting up phishing on the accounts.

I did not use that account for phishing. the unreliability level here is very high. You can wake up one morning and all your blog content are gone. too bad for those who failed to back up their wordpress webssite data.

WordPress is notorious for bad security. You're one of many here in the past few weeks who got an accidental phishing ban due to WP getting hacked. We highly recommend not using WP for this and many other reasons.

Unfortunately, we don't have any choice but to ban accounts that contain phishing content. Out provider requires we remove this content when it's reported or detected, and if we fail to do so, they block the entire server until it is removed. Because these accounts often contain stolen data collected by the phishing site, we can't let the account owner have the account back either.

I agree, wordpress is very unreliable. That's why we encourage anyone who will listen not to use it.
