Username: N/A, Server: N/A, Main Domain: N/A

 

I am trying to re-activate my account, and your system says it is sending me

an e-mail and it never arrives.

 

I have validated my e-mail is working by having an additional external

source send me an e-mail.

 

Nothing is going into any spam-like folder.

 

Any help would be appreciated

It looks like you created your account on 2016-03-23, and the last time you logged in was 2016-03-28. Your account was on the Johnny server. Thank you. It looks like I am making process to get into the server. As I

said, Google was blocking the e-mails at their server and so was never

making it to my Outlook on computer or cell phone

That's known to happen sometimes. Our emails often end up in their spam filters and don't get delivered like they should.

 

In our experience, if you were to go to gmail's website, you can often find one in the Spam folder and "Not spam" it. After that, they'll usually be delivered going forward.
