wolstech Posted April 3, 2020 Posted April 3, 2020 So, I decided to back up and update the site on Lily...and got it to work. I had to use these settings to make it work, the first two attempts with lower numbers for execution time and upload_max_filesize failed: max_execution_time: 300 memory_limit: 128M post_max_size: 128M upload_max_filesize: 128MThe update for that site was 3.9.5 to 3.9.16.

Guest yikes Posted April 5, 2020 Posted April 5, 2020 Php used is 7.19for php7.2. ThanksYou said you were using php 7.1.I was going to say the same thing but realized he changed it in the later post where he talked about 7.2. I think he is impatient, trying to see if he can fix it himself, so he's flipping stuff on and off. Please don't touch your cpanel until a solution is found.
Krydos Posted April 7, 2020 Posted April 7, 2020 The php 7.1 settings on Tommy have been reduced. The php 7.2 settings on Tommy have been increased to the followingMax execution time 300 seconds.Memory limit 128 MBUpload size 128 MBPost size 128 MB You have 24 hours starting now to complete your upgrade. After 24 hours the settings will be reduced to a sane level again.
fuzmic Posted April 7, 2020 Author Posted April 7, 2020 Thank you for the new settings.I try the joomla update, it started but it stop at 12%. Trying again this time up to 85.5% but Error 0 appear but then on reloading Joomla backup, the update is sucessful. Any advice on the scenario and meaning of zero error.
wolstech Posted April 7, 2020 Posted April 7, 2020 Mine did that on Lily as well...it got to 90% on mine, spit out an error, but was successful after refreshing. I think that one is actually a bug. It's kind of an ironic error because a code of 0 in most PC programs is "success". That error is basically readable as "Error: Success". Check the file dates and times. I believe March 9 is the date my files had after the update. The system works fine.
