Hi,

 

I tried to sign-up account but I'm not getting activation e-mail. I tried

Gmail and outlook email address but not receiving any verification e-mail.

 

Can you help?

Please also check your spam box if you haven’t checked. Sometimes it might be in there. If not, let us know and we will resend you the invitation again.

We aren't able to manually activate accounts for users who can't receive the emails.

 

Please check your spam folder, and if you didn't receive it, try signing up again or using a different mail provider. Gmail usually works fine, but it definitely does mark us as spam sometimes.

Upon further testing, our registration system is currently broken. The issue is being investigated. When we fix the issue, we'll send an invite email for a Johnny account so you can sign up without the email validation.

There was an issue with our main website not sending email properly. This included new account emails, password reset emails, and probably even these support emails. I've had a few people test it and everything should be working again. Thanks for reporting it.
