wolstech Posted June 20, 2019 Posted June 20, 2019 We aren't able to manually activate accounts for users who can't receive the emails. Please check your spam folder, and if you didn't receive it, try signing up again or using a different mail provider. Gmail usually works fine, but it definitely does mark us as spam sometimes.
wolstech Posted June 21, 2019 Posted June 21, 2019 Upon further testing, our registration system is currently broken. The issue is being investigated. When we fix the issue, we'll send an invite email for a Johnny account so you can sign up without the email validation.

This included new account emails, password reset emails, and probably even these support emails. I've had a few people test it and everything should be working again. Thanks for reporting it.
