wolstech Posted August 16, 2018 Posted August 16, 2018 Try using https://ricky.heliohost.org:2083/resetpass?start=1 instead. You may need to try later, because Ricky is currently seeing massive load and I can't even get into cPanel on that server right now. Our website has a bad habit of not working when the servers see even moderate load, so I usually avoid recommending it to users who aren't on Tommy. When the server isn't overloaded, the cPanel built-in reset tool typically works reliably.
