Dear heliohost support team,

 

I've created an account and got an email for confirming my address, but

after I finshed the steps following that link I'm stuck on the account

status screen since about 2 hours.

 

I've registered the account on this email with the user name o1r4w4 and the

domain o1r4w4.heliohost.org/ .

 

Does the registration process take that long or did something go wrong?

Johnny is backlogged creating accounts because he is down. Your account will be created when the server comes back up.

It looks like your account has been created and you should be able to log in to cpanel now. Your domain should start working within 2 hours. Let us know if you have any other issues.
