[HH#829135] Reloaded site access

So I was away for a while and just reloaded my site - tektours.heliohost.org - and was able to upload my ~20 HTML testing pages.

When I try to view a .html page from the File Manager, I get just a box of HTML coding and no web page. Does it take a day or so to

load after it says my account is created or do I need to do something different after things are uploaded?

Yes, the chat is working for me when I tested it just now. We use discord for chat so if you want to download the client to your computer of phone you can use this invitation link to join our support channel

If you don't want to install anything you'll just need to use https://www.heliohost.org/chat/

 

As of the time of this email your account is not completely set up yet. While an account is still being created it will display a queued page instead of your site content. Be sure you clear your browser cache because this queued page tends to get stuck in some browsers and you will keep seeing the cached version instead of trying to download your functional website. It can take up to 2 hours for a new domain to start working. Let us know if you have any other questions.

You say you're viewing it from the file manager...you can't view the files that way. You need to visit the website url (which based on the other response, isn't fully set up yet).

 

Opening a file using the cpanel file manager will always display its code content.
