CatCreature Posted July 2, 2018 Share Posted July 2, 2018 My HelioHost username is lilychan, I believe my account is on Tommy, and the main domain is wildabyss.heliohost.org I try to log in monthly, but things got busy on my usual day to do so, and I forgot. I signed in the next day and renewed my account, and it said it was successful and I can use the Cpanel and everything...but my site isn't visible and still says it's suspended. I tried clearing my cache, and even asked a friend if he could see it, and he can't. Not sure if there's a delay, or if it's a bug that needs to be fixed. wolstech Posted July 3, 2018 Share Posted July 3, 2018 There is an ongoing issue the past few days, where renewals on tommy accounts are not unsuspending the website. Our other root admin Krydos is going to look at your account as an example so we can identify and correct this issue.
