It saidthe email was not found, so I looked in this email, and found somethingabout reactivating the account. I clicked this link, but it doesn't seem tobe working. Can you give me any ideas to help fix this? THANKS!Noah

wolstech Posted April 1, 2018 Posted April 1, 2018 Do you know what the account's username was? Also, do you know what server it was on and when you received the inactivity email?
Bailey Posted April 1, 2018 Posted April 1, 2018 If your account was marked as inactive for a long period of time. It may now have been deleted. This is because of a lack of storage space we now have due to increased demand. We are currently buying new hardware. How long ago did you last use your account?
