There's a bunch of reasons you could be seeing that. The most common are incorrect file permissions (PHP files must be 644, but if you use SFTP they upload as 664 and need to be changed), invalid .htaccess files (rename it so they're ignored and test), or broken software (check for an error_log file in the folder with the script to see the error messages).

Thanks for your email.

 

After I changed to FTP for SFTP, I got the error, "Cannot establish FTP

connection to an SFTP server. Please select proper protocol.

" How I can set up FTP for 644 file permissions ?

 

and let me know how to renaim of htaccess ?

You can change permissions through cpanel on the file manager button, or you can use your ftp client. The exact method for setting permissions will differ depending which ftp client you're using. In most cases you will probably right click on the file.
