I have been extremely preoccupied and hence have not moved any further tilltoday.Extremely sorry for the delay. But today I find that I can neither login to my Heliohost nor to myHelionet account. Your Site says there is no account by that username(imfree9). So I cannot even post to the forums too. Please help me to reactivate both of my above accounts and my site,ishoham.com and upload my files to the public html (is that right?) folderon Tommy. Please detail all the steps I have to do next. Please also let me know if I can post in bcc format in the forums, or may Iuse your above email id or any other alternative email id? Your kind help will be much appreciated. wolstech Posted January 14, 2018 Posted January 14, 2018 HelioHost. Also, do you know what server it was on?
HelioHost Posted January 14, 2018 Author Posted January 14, 2018 To Wolstech - On Tommy, and before that on Stevie which crashed.Stevie never recovered.Hence the changeover was necessitated. wolstech Posted January 14, 2018 Posted January 14, 2018 Your account has expired due to non-use. All Tommy accounts become archived after a few months of non-use, then expire and get permanently deleted when disk space is needed if they're not restored. As of right now, Tommy does not have space to store inactive/archived accounts older than about 60 days, so an account from February 2017 has long since expired. Please create a new account.
Krydos Posted January 14, 2018 Posted January 14, 2018 We're actually in the progress of raising funds to increase our storage space so we won't have to delete old accounts anymore https://www.gofundme.com/heliohosts-lily-server-and-storage-increase
HelioHost Posted January 15, 2018 Author Posted January 15, 2018 @Wolstech - A simple mail from you could have warned me to restore /reactivate my account, especially if you were lacking space. *But this timeI have received absolutely no such mail like you send for inactiveaccounts.* The last inactive reminder came from you* in September 2016*. SoI am not entirely at fault. I could have taken remedial measures. And all these soul searchings, heartburns and misunderstandings could have been easily avoided. A simplereminder from you could have done the trick. I have been there with you through all your Stevie's crashes. So, at leastI must be shown some consideration for good conduct. :) Simple - I help you when you are down and you help me when I am. And theworld becomes such a beautiful place to live in. If it is in any way possible, please restore it.If not, do I get a free Tommy account or do I have to pay for it all overagain? Please also specify whether I have to create a Heliohost account or aHelionet account or both. >>>
miwilc Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 You will be to sign up on heliohost for Tommy with a donation, since there is limited storage and free accounts are not being given out. Check out the GoFundMe for a increased storage space after lily is up.
Krydos Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 We actually send two emails warning you. The first email is sent a couple days prior to your account being suspended for inactivity. The second email is sent at the exact moment that your website is taken down due to inactivity. If you fail to follow the instructions in either email your website is replaced with an inactive message with instructions on how to reactivate the account. If after an additional 60 days of inactivity you still haven't made any action towards reactivating your account then it is deemed abandoned and we delete the oldest abandoned accounts first until we have space for active accounts. You might want to check your spam folder for the warning emails. Be sure to whitelist no-reply@heliohost.org.
Krydos Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 An invitation to create a new Tommy account has been emailed to your contact email address from the deleted imfree9 account. Let us know if you didn't get it or if you have any issues creating your account.
