Hi, Heliohost Program "HelioMine" works only when I disabled the antivirus. Antivirus: free "AVG", Windows 7.Whitelist:C:\Program Files\HelioMine\RGSBroker.exeC:\Program Files\HelioMine\RGSBRO RGSBRO~3.EXEC:\Program Files\HelioMine\RGSBRO RGSBRO~4.EXEC:\Program Files\HelioMine\RG0EE7 RG0EE7~1.EXE Hinders: Program Files\HelioMine\RGSBroker.exe. The antivirus deletes this program. For some reason Windows 7 began to quit the hibernation mode spontaneously. I cured: changed the settings in "Realtek RTL8139 / 810x Family Fast Ethernet". Hi, Heliohost Addition to my previous letter of 16.12.2017: Program "HelioMine" works only when I disabled the antivirus. Antivirus: free "AVG", Windows 7.Whitelist:C:\Program Files\HelioMine\RGSBroker.exeC:\Program Files\HelioMine\RGSBRO RGSBRO~3.EXEC:\Program Files\HelioMine\RGSBRO RGSBRO~4.EXEC:\Program Files\HelioMine\RG0EE7 RG0EE7~1.EXEHinders: Program Files\HelioMine\RGSBroker.exe. The antivirus deletes this program. Next: I disabled the antivirus, installed HelioMine, and made the first start of the program. After that, the subsequent starts of HelioMine work with a switched on antivirus. Now HelioMine works with a switched on antivirus of "AVG". It seems that everything is OK! Heliohost User: krany.

Yes, antivirus falsely flags portions of our software because some hackers have used similar programs to mine bitcoins on unknowing user's computers. Since you know we're mining cryptocurrency and that's exactly what the program is for it obviously isn't a virus.

As already mentioned, the Antivirus warnings are normal. You need to either add the program and it's data folder to your whitelist (our recommended solution), or leave the antivirus turned off (security issue, not recommended). They flag because botnets and other malicious parties sometimes install the miners without your consent, and the antivirus is just letting you know they're there.

Since you willingly installed them, just whitelist it. You will need to whitelist the RGSBroker.exe you mentioned, as well as the folder C:\ProgramData\RAX Technologies\RGS (where all the downloaded miners are saved).

As for the system waking from hibernation, HelioMine is doing that, and this behavior is by design. The software won't make us any money if your computer is off when you're away from it, so if you put it in standby, sleep, or hibernate, it will turn itself back on in order to mine. If you don't want the PC to do this, go into the HelioMine settings and uncheck the options for automatically mining when idle, and mining between 12-6AM.
