HelioHost Posted November 26, 2017 Posted November 26, 2017 Username: hujpltsu, Server: Johnny, Main domain: hujpltsu.heliohost.org Dear Support team, I can login on the online page, and see that the satus of my mySql databsehosten on the Johnny server is ok(green).But i cannot login from sqldeveloper nor toad.I have a saved connection, that did work several times before, I didn'tchange anything.The error message is: "The network adapter could not establish theconnection".No firewall changes(sure since its my private computer). What could be the problem? my user name is : hujpltsuthe name of the DB is: hujpltsu_adminthe mail address i registered with is this i am writing from. Thanks in advance,Bence
wolstech Posted November 26, 2017 Posted November 26, 2017 Did you PC's public IP address change? Most home network connections have a dynamic IP address. Can you confirm that the IP your PC currently has is listed in cpanel under remote MySQL?
HelioHost Posted November 26, 2017 Author Posted November 26, 2017 i added my current IP, and tryed with % to allow any IPin toad i get this: 'Access denied for user 'hujpltsu_admin'@'5403468C.catv.pool.telekom.hu' (using password: YES)'in sqldeveloper i get 'bad packet type' my account was inactivated because i haven't loged in for a month, i didreactivate it, it says it is active, can there be a problem? 2017-11-26 19:39 GMT+01:00 Heliohost Support : > Did you PC's public IP address change?
