That means your server (Johnny) is currently blacklisted by Microsoft for sending spam. There's not a lot we can do about it right now because Microsoft's blacklist removal site is down. I would recommend switching to Ricky or Tommy if you would like to reliably be able to send emails. The reason Johnny has such a higher chance of getting blacklisted is because he has open registrations 24 hours a day. The spammers and criminals that create free hosting accounts are apparently too impatient to wait for midnight utc to create accounts on our production servers and definitely won't be making a donation to get an invite to Tommy. Unfortunately since we're a free webhosting provider we have a tendency to attract a lot of these types. We're really good about permanently suspending these people, but a few bad emails get through every once in a while.

We do not, and we currently have no way of requesting it be removed either because MS's website is broken. I recommend finding another email service if you can't wait for MS to decide to unblock us. Gmail doesn't block us for instance (though it may go into spam, if so you just need to mark the mail "Not spam" so it won't flag in the future).

You could try something like https://www.zoho.com/mail/ Basically all you need to do is use zone editor in cpanel to change your mx records from us to their settings, and then your emails should show up as coming from Zoho and you'll get their senderscore instead of Johnny's abysmal score. Let us know if you need help setting it up.
