I seem to remember I got anerror message along the lines of "Your user credentials were not found"so I thought I had been programmatically erased during sign-up forunknown reasons. I tried to sign up with two different e-mail addresses one of which was[redact email] and the other one a sneakemail-address. I wish you good luck with your funding but when I'm not using yourservices I guess I'm not in the target audience for your appeal. The fact that you received the donation request email is odd, as the email should have only been sent to users with an active account. We are unable to see the email addresses you sent your messages from because our support email posts on our forum and we don't post the header information to prevent spam, but if you would like to share this information, please enter it in the body of the email. We can redact it after assisting you. If you would like assistance in finding out why your accounts failed to create (or why they disappeared), please provide your email address, the approximate time you signed up, and (if you were asked) the username you selected.

My need for your services is no longercurrent but given that my e-mail was posted in a forum I should like toask if you could please censor the mention of the email address[redacted], which I included in the body of my previous e-mail,and which is now published on your website with the potential for beingharvested by spam bots.
