Your account was located on the Stevie server which we officially retired about 10 months ago. You can read the news posts about it in the News subforum. Hi,

I had already donate for Django Hosting ( Tommy ) to you. Then Why i

donate again and again approx $12. So Please Create Account on the behalf

of same credentials foe Django hosting.

You already have an account associated with that email address with a username of ibhushan and a domain of django.heliohost.org.

But For that i had to pay again donation. Why?

Did you ever get an account after your first donation? If so, it's creation must have failed since we have no record of you ever having an account other than the one you had over a year ago on the now-retired Stevie server (which we never offered invites for). If you never received an account the first time, you could have simply sent us your transaction ID and asked for the invite after your first donation rather than donating a second time.

 

Our root admin Krydos may have some more ideas as to what happened here, but either way, you definitely do have an account now. As long as you log in at https://heliohost.org/login/ at least once every 30 days, you can keep that account forever.

There is only one donation from that email address. We received it at September 15, 2017 at 11:46:43 AM PDT and the Tommy invitation was sent. The invitation has already been used to create the Tommy account ibhushan. There is no second donation in the system on our end.
