Hi Support Team,

I would like to know when will have my account installed and configured?

Based on this link: http://65.19.143.6/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi, the

account should *usually be ready in 24 hours*, I hope my case is not

unusual?

I have already pointed my domain name to your name servers about a week ago.

*ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org

*

I look forward to hearing from you?

Please change your domain's nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org at your registrar's website.

Your domain's nameservers are pointed to 000webhost right now.

I have already done that a week ago.

Never mind, I found out the issue. I have seen where the issue is coming

from.

Many thanks.

Then you need to contact your registrar's support and ask them why your ns records still haven't updated:

-

while you link shows [ 000webhost ] - this one and others that I use show [ heliohost.org ]...

see --> [ http://whois.domaintools.com/iplus.com.ng ]

It's possible that he has recently updated the nameservers to heliohost, but bybyron.net has the old values cached.

Very close, he recently updated the nameserver to heliohost. I just found

out. I guess I will have to wait for another 24 hours.
