Hello,

My accountname is devizbu, and my url is devizbu.heliohost.org

I am trying to sign into cpanel this morning, but the request keeps timing out. I can still access the site (thinkmeetdo.com). Can you help me?

There was a blocked IP from the mid-west United States on Tommy that I suspect was yours. Try it now.

 

If it's still not working, what IP are you trying to access cPanel from?

It's still not working. I'm coming from 64.107.48.1

I'm going to heliohost.org - clicking the login button. I get to the account page ok, but when I click go to Cpanel, it times out.

It's still timing out.I think it's being blocked on my network, I can access it fine from a different network. Thanks for your help on this.

Separately - I have an issue with MX records and Zoho Mail (Zoho is not showing that the MX records are set up correctly, even though I've entered them exactly). Can you help me with that, or would you prefer I start a new email thread?

Your MX records look like this

 

thinkmeetdo.com. 14400 IN MX 10 mx.zoho.com.

thinkmeetdo.com. 14400 IN MX 20 mx2.zoho.com.

 

What are they supposed to be?
