I recreated the account on johnny with the user name sds. Could you please give me the backup of my small website that used to be there on the server. I would really appreciate your help. Krydos Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 The last time you logged in to that account was on 2016-02-15 which is 445 days ago. On 2017-09-20, after 6 days of crashes and various problems on Johnny, we announced that Johnny was too damaged and we would be wiping the server of all data, upgrade, and remake the whole server from scratch. On 2016-12-07, after providing full backups of all Johnny accounts for 79 days, we deleted all of the data on Johnny as we said we were going to do. All of this was announced via all of our official news outlets http://www.helionet.org/index/forum/1-news/ Facebook https://www.facebook.com/HelioHost.org and Twitter https://twitter.com/heliohost Our servers have a finite amount of hard drive space and we are unable to keep backups of all of the clearly abandoned accounts from 445 days ago if you failed to make a backup during the 79 day window that we provided you. Krydos Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 The only way to get a backup of that account is if you made a backup yourself and saved it to your hard drive over 445 days ago.

wolstech Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 It's not that we don't want to help, we're unable to because we don't have your data. We deleted it 4 months ago to make space for a server rebuild.
