I do not remember seeing an email to renew my account due to inactivity nor do I remember an email saying that my account would be shut down, please could you advise? Thanks, Graham

The contents of your account's public_html folder and your databases (MyISAM engine only) can be retrieved from https://heliohost.org/backup/ If you have trouble requesting the backup, let us know and we can assist. To continue hosting with us, you will need to sign up again on Tommy and restore your backups. Free registration (https://www.heliohost.org/signup/) for Tommy opens daily at midnight UTC and fills in a few minutes. If you don't wish to wait and hope you get an account at midnight, you can donate $1 or more and receive an invitation that works any time, even when the server is full for the day.

wolstech Posted April 14, 2017 Posted April 14, 2017 The backups are always emailed to the address that was on the account. The address on that account looks like in****@*****ia.com, so that should be where it was sent.
