However when I tried to renew it I got "We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. decho Posted August 1, 2015 Author Share Posted August 1, 2015 Thanks, I can access my account now. I have still some problem because I think I have lost my databases. When I run "Check DB" I am getting "Error from MySQL query: DBD::mysql::db do failed: Unknown database 'decho_...'Failed to use decho_...: Unknown database 'decho_...'". It happened on all my databases, maybe it's because of suspension. Is there some option to renew database or I have to create everything again? Krydos Posted August 2, 2015 Share Posted August 2, 2015 The databases decho_amp, decho_eltom, and decho_pkp_tracker should now be visible to your root mysql account. You may need to delete, recreate, and reassign permissions to any database users that should have access to the affected databases. Let us know if you're still having any issues accessing your data.
